Dulce de leche (a confection from Latin America with a spreadable, sauce-like consistency). Café con leche (espresso and whole dairy scalded milk) and eaten at breakfast.

Traditionally you sprinkle churros with cinnamon and sugar, then dip in a chocolate fudge sauce, hazelnut spread or even caramel sauce. But I don’t think the churro police would come looking for you if you just dipped them in a hot cup of coffee or any other dip of your choosing.
Rumor has it, they are also delicious with sparkling wine or champagne.
